Pretty as a picture and I'm sure over time I'll shoot it enough to worry about the slide stop breaking on it.  Of course that's probably years from now so who knows what would be available at that time...  I messaged CZ Custom but doubt I'll hear back.  Anyone know where I can find a replacement high polished slide stop for my CZ?

Sorry, not able to provide a source but can suggest that you can try using a regular slide stop during shooting sessions. I do that with pre-Bs and other pistols with a special finish slide stop that are difficult to replace if they get broken. Might not be aesthetically as cool while shooting but just being practical about it.

OK, email from CZ says that part listed as "Glossy" should match up with the finish on my "High Polish" stainless steel.  Don't know why they even used that word to describe it as I don't think they ever used it when describing the finishes on the pistols!

It is the high polished stop. I bought two from them last December.
