Adjust Sights on stock CZ 75B?

 Not for that. If it were the other way around you could file the front down. But you want a taller front sight. But that's a pretty cheap replacement. Or you could get a set with an adjustable rear.

What sights are on the gun now? If they are factory stock then the elevation is adjusted by ordering a taller or shorter REAR sight for the regular 75 guns. There will be a number stamped either on the side of the sight or underneath on the flat area. To lower your group buy a lower number sight than what you have now. Or as has been stated buy a fully adjustable rear.

Thanks for the helpful replies.  Yes they are factory sights. Can I buy these rear sights you referenced at Brownell's or do I go to CZ directly.

CZ-USA, CZ Custom or Cajun Gun Works will be your best bet for anything CZ related.

+1 on CZ Custom and CGW.  Especially if you decide to go the adjustable sight route.  Have several from each and they did great work.

Try some slow fire from a stable rest.
