cz P-10F 9mm /// 45acp

OK Custom guys ... info needed.  I lucked out and have a CZ P-10F 45acp headed my way.  Obviously new to the market. Is there any similarity to the 9mm and the 45acp when it comes to accessories ..... holsters, sights ... the mags obviously must be different, and a this point very hard to find.  Please tell me I have not bought a "white elephant"  (not really sure what that means)

Thanks Stuart .... you did a CZ 75 SAO for me several years ago.  Still shoots great and is my "go to" gun any competition.  I can not recommend more highly the work you and the custom shop do.  Now if only I can find a 3rd Mag and holster/ mag holder, I'll be good to go.
