Alternate sight options for S2 Orange?

Alright, just to clean up the confusion, the first batches of shadow 2 Oranges had the regular shadow 2 (and many other CZs) front sight with the pin that goes through the slide and barrel bushing. All the new production S2Os have the front sight with a set screw instead of the pin as the new slides eliminated that style of sight mounting as it is unnecessary with the 1911 style bushing. Currently there are no new sight options for the new front sight (as per my exhaustive searching)

Looks like the S2 Orange may share some similarities with Tanfoglio...........

That does look very similar! Good catch, I may have to be the guinea pig after looking into it more

No idea if the S2O  shares the same sight dimensions as the regular 75, but my fiber optic sights from CZ customs came with both a slot for the roll pin and a set screw.

The set screw is under the fiber rod.

This is a super helpful thread. Just sent my S2O into Stuart for minor tuning and requested a 1.5mm FO front sight. Sounds like this doesn’t exist. Any suggestions? Does look like Dawson has an option but still the smaller FO.

Just put in a little bit longer fiber optic so when you burn the ends with a lighter, it’ll produce a bigger blob compared to the stock.

That’s what I did on my X5 that has Dawson’s 1mm fiber optic front sight. It’s been working very well.
