Alternate sight options for S2 Orange?

Hello,
I have asked before and I think I am in the correct spot.... Does anyone have any alternative sight options for a S2 Orange? Specifically for the front sight?

Maybe if you were more specific. What type of alternative are you looking for? If larger is what you want, you could replace the f.o. rod and leave the side facing the shooter a little long. When you melt it, it will make a bigger blob than oem. Not a massive improvement,  but might help. I also remember seeing black replacement rod somewhere as well if you don't care for fiber optic sights. A phone call to Stuart at CZ Customs is your best bet to see if a different replacement sight is available.

The front sight on a Shadow 2 orange is different from every other CZ. I have been looking for options as well and have not found any at this time.

OP is asking about sights for.the S2 Orange,  not the std Shadow.

As a Shadow2 Orange owner, I'm fully aware of what the OP is asking for.

Was simply suggesting that changing the height of the front sight may require a different rear sight also.So your saying the S2O is not a variant of the Shadow 2 Series with regards to sights?

If not, please reference me a site offering sights specifically for the S2 Orange.

That's the problem, nobody is offering a front sight specific to the S2O. It's right there in the first post . . .he's asking for a front sight solution. As the owner of an S2O, can you confirm the sight isn't different? Others in this thread say it is.

I stand corrected!  I did not fully understand the OP's request; but as you have pointed out, I now understand that the S2 Orange due to it's barrel bushing, requires a unique mounting type of front sight.

Alright, just to clean up the confusion, the first batches of shadow 2 Oranges had the regular shadow 2 (and many other CZs) front sight with the pin that goes through the slide and barrel bushing. All the new production S2Os have the front sight with a set screw instead of the pin as the new slides eliminated that style of sight mounting as it is unnecessary with the 1911 style bushing. Currently there are no new sight options for the new front sight (as per my exhaustive searching)

For now there aren't any thinner or wider front sight for S20. Original is 3mm wide, 7,5mm tall with 1mm fiber optic.

If you want you can try to contact firms that make sights for CZUB, maybe they make one for you.

Looks like the S2 Orange may share some similarities with Tanfoglio...........

I don't think so. The S2O front sight is longer then the P series. Might be able to make one work though
