As far as I can tell, there are only two hammer fired DA/SA subcompact pistols still in production, the Beretta P4X (which I have not seen) and the HK P30sk.
I handled the HK P30sk at a LGS the other day. While it did have a rail, it had a plastic frame that is a lot bulkier than the Rami. Ergonomics felt ok, though the back strap panel felt bulbous and the overall grip not as comfortable as the Rami. Perhaps that could be remedied by a smaller back panel. The hammer drop button on the back of the slide next to the hammer is difficult and awkward to operate compared to the Rami BD. There is no cut on the slide to mount a RDS or tall BUIS. The paddle ambi mag release on the trigger is different - I’m not going to say worse since it has more leverage than the usual button mag releases we’re used to, but it takes some getting used to.
The DA and SA trigger on the HK is heavier than the Rami’s. The SA trigger reset is a lot longer on the HK than the Rami. Overall, the Rami has a pretty good DA / SA trigger out of the box compared to the HK’s, which is pretty mediocre.
