Hope this makes up for the “slacker”. Two made in Czech Republic pistols.

And of the frames again for good measure to see if there are differences with the KC made ones.

Thanks for the photos.  The M is definitely different than the S as far as the striker safety block.  And your pictures are better than anything AM would have posted anyway.  :) So the striker body would need to be removed to see if there is anything built in to the slide to act as a safety block.  I bet it is there, just not visible in the photos.

As far as I found - there is no striker block at M model.
According to CZ they are using SFDA system (Striker Fire Double Action) known as "a partially pre-tensioned system".
When slide reciprocates it doesn't fully cock the striker. It makes it "pre-tensioned". Remaining fully cocked position is done by trigger pull. That's why we can feel P-10M's trigger pull is heavier comparing to other P-10 models.
NO needs for striker block - trigger pull is your safety now.

Thanks, Jurek.  That makes sense.  Must be a similar approach to what Kahr has done without the associated very long Kahr trigger pull.   As a trigger prepper, I loved the Kahr triggers.  But .40 cal in a 3" gun is not pleasant, no matter how much you like the trigger.

Now that I have shot it, I really like it! Was kind of a naysayer initially. Love CZ, but was frustrated that they didn’t do a 10 round. My God when I look at my Ruger LCP max mag there is like less than or maybe 1mm difference, so close!

Anyway, hole in hole accurate at 7-10 yards. Trigger feels worse dry firing, but it actually measured 4lbs 8oz avg over 5 pulls. For a carry trigger it gives me confidence I won’t blow my nuts off carrying IWB, always a big plus. The lack of stuff hanging off the gun has grown on me I must say.  I have tried all the small ones and I really think this is the best of them.

I like it enough I will buy others when they come out.

Well those of us who disparaged the gun may be incorrect in our initial assessment. I did get to handle one at an lgs last week and while I still wouldn't buy one simply because I don't like micros period I will say it seems to be a well made solid little pistol so for those who like the small guns it's probably a good choice.
This particular lgs got 5 P10-M's in the first part of last week and when I stopped in yesterday they had sold everyone and are hoping to get more. The counter guy said they probably had 50 calls looking for the gun after it's intro.
So hey if it's a hit for CZ then good for them.

I have the lcp2 max and new Smith shield+.
Both have more modern capacities.
The shield+ shoots like a much larger pistol.
Big let down this M is in that regard.

I'm hoping P-10M was well prepared before hitting the market.
That will be disappointment if CZ made the same mistake as S&W announcing Shield Plus. That pistol was sold in huge amounts within few weeks... and then people found problems. [we are not gonna discuss it]. It might be the same with P-10M. People are willing to buy it because it's something new and different.
Is it worthy? We will see. I'm glad I'm out of it, having no interest for small handguns anymore.

Finger crossed for CZ !  :)

P-10m didn't make import points, so not available in the USA until produced here. It has been available in other parts of the world for over a year.

P-10 series has been trusted for years, so I'm hoping M version won't destroy this trust. :)  Even P-10M is not a new product, I believe it is gonna be verified now, once hit the US market.

We only had time to put a very few rounds through it, and no pictures...it works WELL. VERY WELL. I had no difficulty putting 8 in a 3/4 IDPA steel at 10 yards rapid fire. Good little pistol. She drew and fired the very first round, from the holster, never fired before and first round was dead center.
