Anyone run a SIG Minimalist?

That is the configuration I would use, and while this would work nicely with the Lo mount rail and dot, I'm not certain about irons.  Anyone try this?

Just bought a lightly used VZ2008. It has a MFT stock similar to the SIG with a forward mounted rail, no optic right now. It would be perfect if an optic was mounted but it's almost impossible to use the iron sights with the straight stock.

Also your link won't work but that may be an issue on my end.

No, but there are prob 305 positions on the 1911 rail 1/4" or so apart.  Should give you plenty of adjustability.  Stormwerkz is top notch.

The SIG stock can mount ONLY one position on the Stormwerks adapter.  I have the MPX stock (adj) and it cannot be set low.  Middle only.

Why's that?

Just the way the stock and SW adapter are made - it can ONLY mount in the middle. You cannot move the stock to a higher or lower position - there is NOT enough of a tab in place to move it. One position only.

I guess that's another advantage to their type 3 and 4 screw hole mounts...  And why I appreciate the ability to double up the hinge and the mount as discussed in another recent thread.

And FWIW, there are two middles (4 notches) on this 1911 mount, but photo looks to be mounted on the lower one.

That mount is mine.  The SIG MPX cannot attach lower or higher.  It must be center position.
