I have a TCP 9mm, use it in IDPA games. I like the mag well, and rail- gives options. This is my 2nd DW, the other is a specialist commander in 45 in stainless.
Very well made, good OOTB trigger, very accurate.
Some don’t like the sights, but I do.
Don’t think you can go wrong with either, so if carry is primary purpose, then perhaps the ECP is best; I’d range gun, then perhaps the TCP.
