In my household we have a running joke about "Grandma's 9mm" based on a family conversation my sons and I overheard at the range a few years ago.  This was grandpa, his sons, and his grandkids at the range... grandma wasn't there but they brought her 9mm and spent a lot of time shooting it and talking about it.  The bottom line is that of all the guns they had, many of the kids and grandkids enjoyed shooting grandma's 9mm more than the other guns they had with them.

Well maybe in 5 or 10 years, one of my CZ's will come to be known as "Grandpa's 9mm" and receive similar accolades.

That's a good story. Too bad grandma wasn't there to get a smile out of it.
I our case, grandma asked if the Glock 17 was a .45 because of the recoil... strange since grandma's 9mm is a Shield 9 EZ.

Dig this... before the end of the month I'll be a great grandfather. I'm 61.

FORDS?! :P ;D I’m a clones and Chevy guy.  8)
Driving a 2500 Ram/Cummins now. Looking for a 3500/350. Not really brand loyal, but from what I see the GMs ride smoother. I like the look of the GMC better than the Chevy.

I’m with you. I’m not a fan of the current Chevy body style.

The big CHEVROLET across the front and rear for one thing...

We should probably start another thread if we want to continue this conversation. We shouldn’t hijack Lorenzo’s thread.
