Just wondering, has anyone here experienced a really nice OEM Shadow trigger?
A buddy of mine asked me to give his new(2021) Shadow 2 Urban Gray "the works". As delivered, this one has a smooth 4lb 15oz DA and 2lb 8oz SA pull weight with just a tiny bit of SA creep/hammer camming.
With an 11.5lb hammer spring and nothing else, DA pull dropped to 4lbs 3oz. All results are a 10 pull avg. with a Lyman digital gauge. I doubted my results, so I rechecked multiple times and tested some of my other pistols as well.
Intended use is plinking with his buddies, so he wants an amazing trigger. If it was mine, I'd be tempted to leave it alone and go shoot matches with it.
