Help - buying used CZ

HI,
I am new to guns and am buying a used CX 75 SP-01 from someone.
They state that the gun has not been used... but I notice some marking around the silver part around the ejector as shown in the picture (this is only picture i have).

can you please help me to understand what these might be?

ignore the black smudge... that's to hide the number.

No idea about the picture. All CZs are functioned checked at the factory so it HAS been fired, just not much and maybe not by the current owner.

Look at the breech of the pistol where the brass webbing goes, is there a brass circle and is it polished by the brass?  That will tell you how much the pistol had been used.
