You want things to change in your life, you got to change who's running the government and the stupid mindset they have. Take politics out of it and we all know what's right and wrong.

Well, maybe not "no one". I also grew up in Birmingham in the very early 60's. My brother and I happened on to a poisonous snake in our yard. Told our mom and she was frantic. A good ol' boy was passing by on the road and asked if he could help. Once informed of the issue, he pulled out is 6 shooter off his side and did what a southern man should do. I was quite impressed as a 6 year old.

 Bet that was impressive! ;D

Agreed. And a big part of what makes it worse is that the mainstream media is not holding this administration accountable.

They never do when the left is in office. As I recall they didnt really back then either, but the gas lines were hard to ignore.

I saw a funny joke that someone said it’s now the same price to go out to eat as it is to stay home and eat….that is scary

I just can’t believe how much stuff costs now- I swear I never spent so much on gas and milk in my entire life!!
That's because you are young. If you were an adult during jimmy Carter's presidency and the first year or two of Reagan's you would really understand inflation and how much things can go up. This is only the beginning hang on to your hat

Question:

Do we discuss politics in this forum?

a) Yes

b) No

Only one answer is correct, and pretty much everyone here has been around the forum long enough to know which answer it is.
Corruptissima re publica plurimae leges - Tacitus

Inter arma enim silent leges - Cicero

I wasn't born in America, but I got here as fast as I could.
