I’m thinking bulged brass, make sure you aren’t flaring that case too much. Also make sure your dies resizing are contacting the shell plate. eliminate all possibilities, just process a piece of brass like you would be loading a bullet in it but don’t load the bullet in it see if the brass drops into the chamber. if the brass is hanging up then you have to adjust one of the steps in your process
