CGW Pro Package installed
« on: February 06, 2022, 07:19:51 PM »

I just successfully put a Cajon Gunworks Pro Package in my P-01. I watched the videos below for help. These videos were specifically CGW. I did some reading and looking on the Forum and watched some of the listed video tutorials. I thought I’d add these, haven’t found some before starting.

Pro Parts Description

CZ 75 Decocker Disassembly  (P-01)

CZ 75 Decocker Sear Cage assembly

CZ 75 Hammer Assembly

CZ 75 Pro Package Assembly (P-01)

CZ 75 Trigger Screw adjustments

For those attempting to do the pro package install, I found the sear cage assembly in the CGW pro package install video more helpful then other videos. They used a 2 pin method to assemble that was easier.

Took it to the range this last weekend and was very impressed with the results. Pro package and polishing brings it up to semi custom level. Impressive trigger and accuracy.

Thank you CGW

If you lose this thread be aware all the above CGW video’s plus additional ones are available on Cajun’s YouTube channel. They helped me immensely as well during my first Pro Kit install.

I did not see the CGW videos until after I installed my pro package and I thought I was going to lose my mind reassembling the decocker cage, that tiny spring was almost my undoing. They I saw the CGW video and saw how simple it really was. Next time....

Back in the day NO ONE was able to disassemble the decocker models so the trigger was unsolvable.  It’s why I ditched the P01 and avoided them for years.  Be grateful for folks who figured it out and posted videos.

M*CARBO has detailed closeup videos of many CZ pistols of disassembly and reassembly that I've found helpful.

It should be helpful regardless of whether it's CGW or a M*CARBO kit. This is one for the CZ75B decocker.
