I can carry my P-07 in summer or winter, but I definitely have to dress around it. It's too bulky to carry with a tucked shirt as a cover garment, creating an obvious bulge, so I can only carry it with an untucked shirt or a jacket as a cover garment.
I also have a single-stack .380 that is much easier to conceal, either IWB or in a pocket holster, and can be carried with a tucked polo shirt in a fairly discreet way. It's a lot easier to dress around. I also have a fanny pack setup for it that works well at the gym or while bike riding, and an ankle holster that I basically never use.
I also carry a single spare mag, either an 8-rounder in a leather pocket organizer inside my offhand pocket for the .380, or a 15-rounder in a OWB horizontal mag pouch for my P-07. I could run a couple of 17-rounders in a double mag holder I have, but to me that seems pointless. I carry a spare mag mainly to deal with a malfunction, not because I expect to be mag dumping multiple mags in a self-defense situation.
If I want to open carry my P-07, I can... it is legal here and in most surrounding states, and I have a couple of active retention holsters for that, but I basically never do. To me, that is only appropriate for a situation where you are in the wilderness or on some rural land, or a situation where other people are also open-carrying so it is standard practice. Other that that, "concealed means concealed".
