Fleming HK51K

The compact automatic weapon used during the assault in Jamaica is a custom automatic rifle designated as the Fleming HK51K. This weapon is a custom conversion of a Heckler & Koch G3 done by Bill Fleming, a Class III manufacturer. In the film, the weapon is fitted with a custom suppressor and a laser sight. Hatcher fills the tips of the weapon's hollowpoint rounds with a gunpowder mixture (not exactly - if you look at the bottle he's dipping from, it reads Hg, the elemtal name of mercury - thereby, making them more lethal as the wounds would be contaminated if the shootee survived the shot itself), making them into explosive-tipped bullets. The HK51K is seen being tested by Hatcher, and is later used by the Jamaican Chicago cop Charles (Tom Wright) during the attack on Screwface's mansion.



Steven Seagal personally picked out this weapon to be in Marked for Death. One of the HK51K's used in the film was later sold by Fleming at auction after his wife developed cancer.
