CZ P10s with different slides?

I went to look at 2 used P10s handguns at a local gun shop.  Both were in excellent condition.  One was about $50 more, and had a front night sight with a blacked out rear sight.  The cheaper one had traditional 3 dot sights.  The question I have is why does the more expensive one have no markings on the barrel except for the model number CZ P10s and the cheaper one had the model number, and on the other side had a small triangle with 21 on it?  Is the dated one newer?  Just curious in case I decide to buy one of them.  I would prefer the newer one if that is the case.  Thanks in advance.

 Assuming they have not been altered those are a U.S. made P-10 (the one with front ns and black rear) and Czech made  P-10(3 dot). Many countries around the world have different proof and general marking requirements. You're looking at the difference between the U.S. and Czech republic. Guns are identical other than markings and sights.

Thank you!!  You are indeed correct.  I looked at both online and the cheaper one says Czech, the other says Kansas City.

You’re probably paying more for the sights set-up for the USA made one with the orange-ring tritium front and serrated black rear sight versus the import with the normal sight setup (non-Tritium). The USA made ones also have seven front serrations versus the six that are on the regular, non-OR ones made in the Czech Republic. Apparently, the black P-10s are not currently being made in the USA for now as that model was marked as discontinued for 2022 on the CZ-USA website.

I picked up a '20 Czech version, the green one, that has front and rear tritium sights. It's a great shooting pistol, whatever one you get, you'll enjoy it.
