Drilled for full length guide rod.
Testing 75b slide assembly on my sp01.
Will be testing a variety of recoil spring weights.

Looks like a fun build!

Thanks for checking it out.
I need my indoor hobbies to keep me busy.

Here's what I do when I'm bored.  😆
Buffing slide rails and internals.

Used this drilling rig for the guide rod hole.
Long small drill bit from backside.
Then final bit from front.
Hole polished to near mirror.
Some minor imperfections - done deal.

Test fitting the new old style cgw trigger and bar assembly.  First challenge.

Darn rough and hanging up.  :o   Seems like it's the trigger tight in the frame.

Seems unique to my 75b. Nothing found here or on web.
Disassembled, inspected.  Did some light polishing.  Reassembled and still dragging.

A few drops of oil and the action went smooth.  I'll disassemble and do a little more fitting before final.

Cajun Gun Works - Pro 75 manual safety kit install finished.

Loctite is curing on the CGW adjustable sear.  Trigger set screws not in use for now.
Slapped on my sp01 rubber grips.

Hammer strut assembly required me to visit my buddy with a monster vise/anvil dealio.  Needed a solid non bouncing surface to drive the hpins.

It was the most stressful modification.  Knowing I could muff one or more components.  $$   😆

Average pull weight.  Was around 4.75 out of the box.

I was curious how they compare.
The sp01 has the poly rod.
Stainless rod in the 75B.
