Gifting
« on: September 10, 2023, 09:28:41 PM »
I managed to have 2 brothers from another mother that are way above my pay grade in the class department.  They manage to out give me by margins of factors that I cannot get close to.

The latest example is a set of gifts from one of them; a SAR B6 (just because one should have a double, just in case) and a holster on the way from the maker of my choice (which would be Simply Rugged).

The pistol showed up Friday, and is the normal example of perfection (to me anyways) that all of my SARs have been.  The holster is slated to be showing up Monday, and should be another example of perfection that previous holsters from him have been.

Sweet! I wish I had siblings like that. The only thing they've given me is grief, lol. I've been eyeing the B6 for quite a while. It's quite tempting.
No matter where you're going, there you are.

Very nice pair of SAR B6's you have there!  8)  Congratulations!  :)

Very nice Holster, too!  8)  Care to tell us what brand and model it is?  :)
Looks like one from El Paso Saddlery.

I've had my SAR B6/B6P for quite awhile now. It's a very good Pistol and it performs well above it's price point.  :)

With two B6 pistols you’ll be serving up shots of B12 for those deficient. ;D

Holster is from Simply Rugged.

The Cuda model.

Simply, I just ordered the CZ75 model, and it fits like a glove.

I had to actually "discuss" with him to get me one of these instead of a cajunized 75B.  I just couldn't allow him to spend the amount that something like that would cost, on me.  Maybe I am selfish, but I am not worth the extra money spent; and the B6 series is exactly what I have been happy with now, and years previous.
