Been wanting one for years. The thought of a "clone" never crossed my mind. Prices just kept getting higher, and I doubt they'd ever go down so I bought one.
Had it shipped to my local gun shop, and picked it up April 2nd. As soon as I got home I submitted an eForm 1 to SBR it. I was back and forth on the A2 or A3 HK stock. The A3 would have made for a lot smaller rifle, but I loved the classic looks of the A2 so that's what I went with. Actually bought it a week before I bought the SP5 and had it shipped to a friends house...no intent to make a SBR from the ATF.
Checked my email yesterday April 12th and their was the stamp. Still can't believe it only took a total of 10 days for this one. Bought a 3 lug adapter for my 9mm suppressor and 3 lug barrel attachment for my SBR CZ S2 Scorpion.
