OP, did yours break? Or was it just missing when you bought the pistol?
I ask because we've seen surplus/used/imported CZ85s that were ordered/made/sold without having the right side safety. The frame is not machined for a right side safety. Someone, somewhere, had a reason for ordering them made that way but they look funny.
Should be easy to see. Is the hole in the frame on the right side larger than the shaft/end of the left side safety lever? If so it could be missing the safety (some people don't like the right side safety and ask about removing it.
If the hole is the same size as the end of the left side safety shaft then a right side safety can't be installed anyway.
On the CZ85 the left side safety lever is different than the left side safety lever on the CZ75B or the CZ75 Compact, etc. It's longer so it sticks out past the frame on the right side so the right side safety lever can have more surface area to fit on/keep it properly aligned and give it more strength if you use the right side lever to operate the safety.
