I bought a CZ Sharp-tail Coach gun. Out of the box when I got her home the left barrel hammer would not cock. Boxed straight back up, out of the box for approx. 5 min. Called received the return MRA #. Sent it back to Kansas FedExed on the 24th of June. They received it on the 26th Friday. On Monday the 29th I received an email detailing that they received it and would be an approx. 4 to 6 week turn around time for the repair. I thought to my self that was what I was expecting. But did write an email to to the CS Rep. that gave me the RMA #, I told him that a new shotgun that was straight out of the box for 5 min. should not be put in a normal que with everything else but put on top of the list.

Well got a tracking number two days ago and the shotgun will be back in my hands on the 5th of July. If fixed and back by then you can not beat that kind of service. So far A++++ to CZ.

Received the Shotgun back in a week. Great Customer Service and turn around time.  A++++ CZ

Sent my 16- gauge Teal in for repair (bluing coming off) in February the last I heard from CZ was confirmation email the gun was received. Called them in May I was told they would not repair only replace and that was fine however I did not hear from them after that. I contacted them in June they said they were waiting on that model and gauge to come in or they could replace with another model again I would be ok with that. They did not contact me as I was told. I contacted then in July once again they said they would get back with me but I got no responds. I contacted them again late July one again they said they would have someone get back with me. So, I had them ship my firearm back so I can have a local gun smith Cerakote the gun at my expense.  I have Five CZ shotguns hope I don’t have any more problems I’m so disappointed in their customer service. I would not recommend or purchase another CZ firearm.

That's terrible service. I would not blame you one bit for not making another purchase.
