Shoulder Holsters for full-size pistols - horizontal or vertical?

Is printing really that noticeable with a horizontal shoulder holster and full-size pistol?

Do any of you carry a full size pistol like a 1911 in a shoulder holster? Any problems with concealing? I want to get a horizontal shoulder holster from Falco for my CZ97B.

They have both vertical and horizontal types. The only advantage I could see a vertical holster having over a horizontal is slightly better concealment. They do have a roto holster that can function as vertical and horizontal by removing the thumb-snap.

I have both, but I prefer the Vertical shoulder rig.  It's more concealable for me and more stable with motion.

Can't wear a "Horizontal" Rig truly horizontal, as the Muzzle End will stick out my back.
Have to adjust it so it's canted down towards the front, to bring the Muzzle end inwards.
It is a bit faster and easier to draw from, but it tends to move around more on me.

I've carried a 75B, and a Hi-Power in a Air Marshal 3 for years. Worst case, my wife would need to replace a couple of buttons on my shirt. Completely concealable.
