That coin that I got was sent to me direct from Andrew who was the LE/MIL program manager back then. I highly doubt anyone at CZ would have anymore, or be willing to send one out.

 They were never included with LE/MIL program guns as a standard practice. They were just something that could be given out as they saw fit.
