Correct. Due to a long history of low post count scammers, all users are restricted from ANY posts in the Classifieds until they reach the magic post count of 25. Same rule applies to PM's and reading of user Profiles. This is explained (ad nauseum) in the Classified, New Members, and Important Information sections.... which you should proabably take time to read.

We hope you appreciate that this step protects YOU and your private information.

Let me clarify.... You may not post to buy, sell or trade. But you can still look through the existing listings and buy.

We see/recognize that, and we are VERY glad you read the explanation above. We fully realize new members are excited and eager to get started. There's actually nothing we dis-like more than having to step in, but every rule we have is for a good reason and ultimately protects you the member.
