Just a bit of info re scope mounts for these fine little rifles.
Friends and I have found that Millet Tip Off .22Rings work quite well,even though they have a slightly crescent shaped bottom profile this is not objectionable and can be filled and reprofiled with JB Weld or bedding compound.
The High ring set seems to be necessary for any scope with much objective bell size altho I think my old KV Weaver would have fit with medium ht. rings.Use the money you save to buy more ammo!
