So any gotta gets and gonna do's resulting from the shotshow that is going on now?
My tops would be Holosuns new thermal red dot overlay system. They also have a new competition red dot that would go great in limited optics.

HS507 Comp looks interesting, and most likely a Rival S or maybe a RIA5.0 this year if demand doesn't drive prices too high.

yeah the RIA 5.0 looked cool to me too.
I will have to go watch all the videos again to make a list of all the stuff to check out this year.. Still sticking with CZs for pistols, thx for making it easy CZ..

I’ll wait and see how they run but the Only things I’ve see that look interesting are Bonds Arms lever action AR15 and PSA’s remake of the STG-44. Everything else looks like something else, is too complicated, or overpriced. The RIA5 is a contender but I’m all in on optic ready and all they have committed to was a limited run of 300.

OK so I re-watched the coverage from Outside the Warehouse from the CF guys and here is my updated/complete list.
-this link is day 4 pt 1, they have other days/parts.
- Beretta: Awesome new shotgun with open flared loading gate
- Canik - new micro 9 with optics cut that holds 12 rounds
- Savior Equipment - has guitar case gun foam inserts that they can build for your guitar case - this is awesome as I love building custom cases.
- APF has some sort of short cycling rotation barrel - they have poly frame and alu framed guns.
- Alchemy Arms - 1911s - The guy is just funny and I DIG Fuddrunners so bang!
- Holosun - new thermal/dot overlay & New competition pistol dot
- Shadow systems - they make mostly glock stuff but they do have some new comp that has a special bushing to keep threads pristine. Might look into it for my open gun.
- America Defense MFg - Cant remember why but I had them noted
- Oracle Arms has a new 2311 that is like a 1911 that takes P320 mags and has fully ambi controls(safety slide lock and mag catch). Great for weirdo lefties!
- Ohio Ordinance - old School cool - BARs HBAR and a crazy Ma deuce that is a semi with an integrated silencer barrel. Friggin insane!!!

Not announced at SHOT, but the DWX is back on my mind again. The Beretta 80X looks really awesome and I will be watching it as well. The Beretta APX A1 Tactical also has my eye. I think the APX is very over looked as a striker gun. Very simple FCU, low cost mags and low cost overall is a winner for me.

Now, I have always looked past the "2011" style pistols due to overall cost and insane mag prices. Well, the DWX has my eye for sure due to it using P09 mags, but Oracle Arms 2311 got my attention as well. Will be watching them during roll out to see how things go.

However, then I think about it and tel myself that my SP-01 Tac and P09 does everything these more expensive guns do and just as good if not better in some cases.

The CZ booth didn’t show much that I’m interested in. The rumored subcompact version of the P-07 didn’t materialize.

I’m not much of a fan of “retro” guns, but the one thing that stood out for me was PSA’s StG44. Hope they can make that work!

I just went back and watched the RIA 5.0 in depth and it looks more interesting. I see a lot of things that could be enhanced. I'm confused why they didn't make it ambi mag release is all.
