Yeah, I have had previous bad experiences with Mike Eagleshield too. His basic reply is to toss parts at me and tell me to fix it myself at my expense. It teed me off a little while ago and I wrote CZ Uhersky Brod and complained to the parent company. It helps being Czech and being able to use the language. I had my gun replaced and the whole problem solved shortly thereafter. I was sorry that I did have to turn up the heat though, the service should have been better form the start. I tend to be an "unofficial" factory rep at my range and let anyone interested try my set of CZs (CZ-Kadet, CZ-83, CZ-75B, CZ-75B (40S&W), CZ-40P, CZ-97B and CZ-452). Most people are pleasantly surprised and I think Isent a few customers down the CZ way. I feel unhappy if they feel let down later down the road.
