Yes CZ-USA has long held a reputation for
EXCELLENT customer Service. The past few
months the complaints have been piling up.

Hopefully, there will be some changes and they can better serve patrons.

I will say this - I have never owned or fired a CZ rifle, but would love to have a 527 carbine in 7.62x39, and have had nothing but good luck/service from CZ-USA. I am glad they are hiring another gunsmith to address any complaints. I am sorry this happened, and I ask you to don't give up on them just yet.

Yeah, I have had previous bad experiences with Mike Eagleshield too.  His basic reply is to toss parts at me and tell me to fix it myself at my expense.  It teed me off a little while ago and I wrote CZ Uhersky Brod and complained to the parent company.  It helps being Czech and being able to use the language.  I had my gun replaced and the whole problem solved shortly thereafter.  I was sorry that I did have to turn up the heat though, the service should have been better form the start.  I tend to be an "unofficial" factory rep at my range and let anyone interested try my set of CZs (CZ-Kadet, CZ-83, CZ-75B, CZ-75B (40S&W), CZ-40P, CZ-97B and CZ-452). Most people are pleasantly surprised and I think Isent a few customers down the CZ way. I feel unhappy if they feel let down later down the road.

I don't know what EAA's major malfunction is, but they have to be the most worthless people on the face of the earth.  I love the Witness 10mm, but I will never buy another thing bearing the name EAA.

I've placed an order for parts from CZ and am starting to wonder if they'll ever ship them.  They said it would ship that same day, then the next monday... and still no parts (it's been about a month).

armoredman says he has never owned or fired a CZ rifle, but has had nothing but good service from CZ-USA - I guess he hasn't had problems with his CZ pistols.   I will not buy another CZ product, and I  buy at least a couple guns a year.  I would like a little 7.62x39 bolt action carbine, for example, but I won't buy a CZ!

I have 3 CZ centerfire rifles and 9 rimfire rifles and love each and everyone. I have never had a problem with them and the one time I ordered  parts from CZ USA (to modify) I received prompt service.
Sorry to hear anyone is having service problems with CZ or getting a product that does not meet basic standards.
If you have problems with a CZ e-mail CZ headquarters.

They must have gotten someone else because I just worked with a guy called CJ concerning a stock upgrade and he couldn't have been nicer to deal with.  Got a beautiful upgrade too.

I had a problem with my 527 not loading out of the clip. Mike sent me another clip, that did not fit the rifle. He did eventually send me another one that did work. I had to almost pound on the bolt to get it to load the round out of the clip. He did tell me to fill the clip up and leave it to see if that would help. It helped but I still cannot fill the clip up and expect it to load easily. Glad to hear that CZ is improving their customer service. I've been looking at the 527 Varmint in 204 but my dealings with CZ was holding me back. Love the rifle!

I too have a binding bolt. I spoke to Mike at CZ and I'm gonna send the rifle back to him. I have confidence he will fix the problem. Perhaps Cz didn't expect their sales campaign to do so well. Let's hope that in time the company will rise to the occasion and employ more help.

Hello guys - - I read back through the old posts, and was wondering what your recent experience has been with CZ customer service ?  Ive been contemplating getting a 550 FS rifle, but like a lot of us, - - I don't have time to fool around with something if it isn't right and if the people at the company won't deal with it. (And won't tolerate dealing with anyone who has a less than helpful & respectful attitude toward those who put food on his table - - the customer.) - - Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to inspect the 550 FS first, - I would have to place and order and take my chances that everything was right. Your comments about recent CZ customer service would be appreciated. - - Regards,

My reputation and the reputation of the company I work for depends on the quallity of product and sevice we provide.

If the products I sell cause my customers problems they are damaging my reputation.

The best warranty is the one that never gets used.

Companies like Leupold make outstanding products and back them up with warranties that they sing songs about.

I worked for a company that has had quality control and warranty problems plauge it for years, Olympic Arms Inc.

I started there in sales and got so feed up with the quality issues I decided to try and make a difference and took a position in the plant. I hope my time there heped out somewhat, at least I did my best.

I realize from being on the other side of the phone that alot of complaints are off base, but service people need to acknowledge the complaint and first and foremost make the customer happy.

We query our customers constantly, hey how did that winchester shoot for you, becuase its true people for the most part will not complain. They will just stop coming back.
