I was in my local CZ dealer today. He has a 375H&H in the LUX style and recommends it over the American. He uses his for Elk hunting in Colorado. So I am take a day or two to think it over. The LUX would save some cash as it has the cross bolt. Hummm...

Paulinus,
the lux stock feels to me like an English Bird gun very lively, the American stock looks clubby but I have never held one. I would still get your lux .375 bedded.
I would reccomend the lux I love mine.
