New Varmint question?

I'm expection delivery of a new 527 w/H-S kevlar stock this week. I have two questions.

The first is pretty simple and may be covered in the paperwork. What is the correct torque for the action screws for this stock?

I fear my second question will open a hugh can of worms! Is there a preferred break-in proceedure for the CZ, 527 varmint, .223 barrel?

It's a hammer-forged barrel.  Break in shouldn't be as much of an issue as it would for a cut barrel.
