Don't know how "off" your parts/fit are.
Hopefully the screw is the culprit and you can fix it with the proper adjustment.
One time, in a CZ75 Compact I had an issue with a SAO conversion. The sear/hammer, etc. were okay. The hammer would cock, the trigger would release it and I got no primer strike. That was with the screws out of the trigger. I finally realized the trigger was making contact with the frame inside where you had to have the slide off to see it. I had to remove the trigger and remove some of the metal off the front/lower part (still up in the frame where you couldn't see it) to allow the trigger to move forward far enough to allow the striker block lifting arm (the problem) to completely reset into position.
Just in case you find removing the screws doesn't get you the troubleshooting results you're looking for.
Don't know if this affects you or not. See what removing the screw does for the problem.
I didn't remove a bunch of metal here, just enough to get it to work and then reinstalled the screw and adjusted it.
That front face and lower corner is up inside the frame and is not visible when installed in the frame. Sometimes you just run into a weird issue no one else has had.
