I've only (that I remember) installed a couple CGW barrel bushings (CZ75SA and a steel framed CZ75 Compact marked model with the P01 style rails).
Both factory bushings drove out pretty easy (after the front sight pin was removed) easy with the 11 MM socket and extension long enough to stick out past the back of the slide.
Both CGW bushings went in pretty easy. Started with a polymer faced hammer and then finished with a block of wood between the bushing and the steel hammer. Don't really remember an issue with the front sight pin as far as reinstalling one. Did the CGW bushings have a notch in the outside for the pin? Or did I have to drill through the front sight pin hole again? I don't remember. Either way, it was a fairly quick easy job and I know the bushing helped on the Compact. Not sure the SA needed it but my youngest son wanted one in there so we did it.
CGW stuff works for me.
But you will, sooner or later, run into a slide that's tight or a bushing that's a little large or a combination of both. Guns (and the parts they're made from) are funny.
