CGW FAQ’s
« on: May 01, 2023, 02:28:30 PM »
Should have read them.

I am disappointed in myself.
Thought I understood online shopping.
Oh well.
I’m learning.

With you Les.

I honestly thought I could understand forum posts ---------- and I just now realize I'm clueless.

Lack of decoder ring on my part perhaps ?

I believe that Les lost a FPB lifter spring while they were working on an SP-01 Tac. I assume that somewhere in the CGW FAQ it mentions something about loosing this part and keeping extras on hand.

Do not feel too bad Les, most of us have run into issues like loosing or damaging parts while working on CZs. I lost a FPB Lifter spring in my hair for a hour once.  :)
Will work for CZ pics! (including but not limited to all CZ clones)

I think The “L” spring stands for Lost spring.
It is the smallest spring I ever worked with.
I got the order in from CGW and I see how light and small it is.

Thanks guys

Don't worry
It does not matter that the spring is small. You will make much bigger mistakes.
Ask me how do I know :)

A trick was passed down.

Using Hyperdermic needles. With
The sharp point of the needle removed.
Insert the arms of springs into lumen of the needle. It basically lengthens the spring arms.  With
Two needles it allows you to control the “L” spring and place it into the slot.

Good luck
