CZ P-07 Kadet Kit Manual

Hi all, just picked up a used P-07 Kadet adaptor kit with 3 magazines for my recently acquired (barely) used P-07. Both the pistol and conversion kit are dated 2016. Now I know its not rocket science and I have found the Kadet 75 kit manual for download on CZ USA but was wondering if anyone has found a PDF of the manual for this kit to download.   

Conversely, if anyone has this manual and feels like scanning it and sending to me (Mods if this is forbidden please let me know and I will delete this request) I would be thankful.

The conversion seems to run fine with dummy rounds and later today will test fired at the range.
