The dovetail for CZ rimfire rifles is 11 mm, Talley makes rings, CZ has them in their store, Leupold etc.

With the CZ American models all three calibers (17 HMR, 22 L.R. and 22 Magnum) should have 3/8" dovetails. The Varmint model, Trainer, Scout, Full Stock and most other 452 models as well as the 445 (all calibers) and 457 (all calibers) models in 22 L.R. should be 11mm dovetails. Also, the Lux in 22 Magnum should be 11mm's. The Varmints and Full Stocks in 17 HMR and 22 Magnum should be back to 3/8's inch again. Confusing isn't it. I think this is why CZ standardized the 11mm dovetails on the 455 and 457 models. If there tall enough Leupold made a decent set of rings for the CZ rifles.

American 22 L.R, 17 HMR, 22 Magnum 3/8-inch rings.
Varmint and Full Stock, 22 L.R. 11 mm rings, 17 HMR and 22 Magnum 3/8-inch rings.
Lux, 22 L.R., 22 Magnum 11mm rings.
Scout, Trainer, and most other CZ 452 rifles in 22 L.R. 11mm rings.
CZ 455 and 457 all calibers 11mm rings.

11mm rings is correct. But I like the DIP scope rail that they offer. I bought mine with 0 MOA and it is a low profile scope rail and that allows me to have a set of steel quick release scope rings. I have two cz's set up with this rail and ring combo. I really like it. Easy to take the scope on and off with no tools needed.

11mm rings is correct. No it’s not. OP is asking about a 452 American model. I like your thinking though. I’ve added rails to several of my 452s for the flexibility of mounting options. But I like the DIP scope rail that they offer. I bought mine with 0 MOA and it is a low profile scope rail and that allows me to have a set of steel quick release scope rings. I have two cz's set up with this rail and ring combo. Thanks for the correction, I swear I thought it said 457 instead of the 452. I must have 457 on the brain. :)

Silverfish,
I also have a 452 American and a few weeks back climbed out of the rabbit hole of finding the correct mounts for my rifle.
CZ confuses the issue by referring to them as 3/8 mounts. Well they ain't. at least not in the US meaning of 3/8 mounts.
They will measure 12.7mm or 1/2 inch across the top and 9.53mm or 3/8 at the bottom.
I ended up buying Tally split rings made Specifically for the CZ 452 American. They ain't cheap but are correct for the rifle and are a clean looking install.
Another option is D I P industries that make a piccatinny rail and gives the option of weaver mounts. (to the moderator I hopping I'm not over stepping by naming a manufacture.)  Hope that helps.

t-  Maybe your US way isn't the 'right way' ?  I found this -> https://www.rimfirecentral.com/threads/how-to-measure-dovetails-11mm-3-8-13-mm.182565/
Looks to me like 'bottom' measurement is correct.
