CZ-75B Omega Rear Sight

I love my CZ-75B Omega, except the Rear Sight extending past the back of the slide interferes with my ability to thumb down the hammer.
Is there a shorter OEM sight that I can replace it with that will properly line up with the factory front sight?

Did you put the true glow sight in your 75b?  If so, how are they?  And, pictures would be appreciated.

I just put a set of Meprolight Tru-Dots on my CZ75B.  My son went with the Meprolight Hyper Bright set.  Either would get rid of the overhang.  The Tru-Dots were pretty cheap from Brownell's.
