DWX versus staccato..
« on: January 19, 2024, 05:21:17 AM »
Anyone out there shot a Dan Wesson DWX compact and compared it to a staccato in the same size I really want one of these over staccato if the quality trigger is about the same? also, do you guys know of any trigger modifications or drop-in kits that exist out there? I’m really not as much about the pull of weight as much as a glass clean brake, and a super short reset. I hate mush and take up on a trigger no matter how light the trigger pull is at the end of the day.

I do not have the compact of either, but rather the full size DWX and a Staccato XC.

The trigger on them should be the same as the compacts.

Staccato trigger is a bit lighter than the DWX but both have a crisp break, no mush and short reset.

My Staccato has the new Tac-Grip but for me the DWX wins, due to the CZ 75 grip.
