cz 75 shadow 2 optics
« on: January 27, 2024, 01:42:45 PM »
Hello, I am a new member here and to Cz 75 owners. I bought a 75 shadow 2 with optics cut and was wondering what optics will fit it?.
I am thinking about a Holosun 507 comp. Or Burris Fastfire 4  or a Leupold Delta Point Pro as second choices.
I cant get an answer from CZ USA
Thanks

You need to be in the CZ 75 Forum when you do the search.

If you search "optics" from the General Discussion or Ammunition forums, then you won't find it.

This is all explained in the information you were asked to read as a new member. Allow me to post that again, my friend....

Just a heads up, but a P10 optic plate fits the S2.  It will not follow the contours of the S2 slide and lacks the hole for the extractor pin.

I had to use a P10 plate until I found a S2 plate.  They fit, they work, they just look odd.

On the OEM plates, the S2 plates are laser etched S2 on the plate.

The two of the best competition dots on the market are the Trijicon SRO and Sig Romeo3Max.

Cheers,

A place called Reservo Arms sells the factory CZ optics plates.  I looked all over for factory plates twice when I bought my S2 and S2C and Reservo was the only place that had them in the USA.  They are pricey though, but my only other choice at the time was to go overseas for factory plates and I didn't want to do that.  I run Trijicon SRO's and like them a lot.  Good luck.

I usually go for the Trijicon SRO in 5 MOA on my race inspired pistols but on my last purchase, I opted the HS 507comp. I'm really liking the huge window and 2 MOA dot with 10 MOA ring combo for fast shooting under 25 yards. If you haven't tried a large dot on a pistol, you should give it a go.

X2 on the Holosun COMP.  You get to fine tune the dot size to your preferences.
If I had known how much better being retired is than working I would have done it FIRST.

X3 on the Holosun Comp. I was shooting it last week and was able to hit pieces of clays on the 50yd berm with the dot. The big ring is also great for fast aquisition.
