Intalling a VZ61 Barrel

I just got my kit from Tiger Import. Of course no assembly instructions came with the kit. Limited YouTube videos.
Is there a good assembly video out there?
How far do you press the barrel into the upper receiver? What is the length from the tip of the barrel to the front of the upper receiver?
What size drill bit do you use to drill and hold the barrel into the receiver?
