Suarez International- Beware
« on: March 05, 2024, 05:11:58 PM »
Last month I placed an order with Suarez International for 3 magazines.  I promptly received an email order acknowledgment, but no other communication from them regarding my order.  I attempted emails and phone calls, neither are responded to( phone goes to a filled voice mail)

So I advise anyone considering buying from them be forewarned

I disputed the charge w/ my credit card company, so am not out any funds, just very frustrated and disappointed

Rated 'F' on the BBB website: https://www.bbb.org/us/az/prescott/profile/gunsmiths/suarez-international-1126-1000042608/complaints.

The address is a commerce center. I'm going to say 'Scam'.

Funny story (not so funny) about Suarez.  I shooting buddy just got sponsored by them and they built him a fancy Glock to run in competition.  He is a Glock boy for sure.  Every time he brings it out to shoot he has to switch guns back to his stock duty gun.  It chokes and chokes, A Glock doesn't do this normally.  Needless to say we razz him about it everytime.

I think it is hanging up on the extractor and not feeding up the breech properly.  He keeps sending it back and they keep trying to fix it but it won't run.

Cheers,
Toby
