If a magazine is the wrong size or is damaged it might be difficult to remove.
In the past I've bought older CZ models at gun shows only to find that it came with magazines that didn't work.
To help, I have started documenting my known good magazines for my older CZ/Vz's by tracing them on 1/4 inch graph paper,
measuring and recording critical dimensions with a micrometer and then taking a photo.
This is the best way to find if yours is genuine or to find others at a gun show--just take a printout with you and measure--especially the angle.
