P07 front insert wear?

I’m new to the CZ brand.  I picked up a used 07 and during cleaning I noticed the front insert ribs that actually run in the slide rails were banged up on the rear of the insert. Is this normal?  I emailed CZ about the issue about two weeks ago but they have not answered my questions.  I was just going to replace the front insert but CZ is out and can’t find anyone else who carries this part.

Ebay.  Can't tellwhat version pistol you have but buy one from a B S/N series or the later updated model as they don't use the L shaped that is inserted into the frame behind the insert - look at seller's description and pictures. The slide stop spring will normally be visible in their pictures and included with the insert.
