Perfect!   8)
Some trust in chassis, Some in Horsepower, But we trust in the Lord our God.

If it goes "boom" or "vroom" I'm intersted.

New replacement rifle arrived yesterday. Cleaned and mounted scope. I have a crapload of ladders loaded up to shoot next week. Using Varget, Benchmark, and CFE223 with Barnes 55 MPG's, Hornady 53 V-max BT's and Hornady 55 SP w/cannelure (2266's) (cheap prairie dog bullet). Probably shoot the MPG's first plus a few other rounds that group well in my AR just to see how they do. I'll probably shoot the 53's and 2266's another day. All of it is just too much for one day. Report on groupings to follow.
The first shot is the most important. The rest just make them run faster!

It sounds like you are all set and best of luck, I will add that you make sure you try some 77grn bullets, while the ones you have are already loaded and ready and will be good rds to break in and get a feel for your new rifle don't be disappointed if they don't print as good as you would hope although I could be 100% wrong, LOL That 1/7 twist is a prime candidate for the heavy bullets and would be pretty devastating on any varmint. Please keep us posted for sure and will look forward to your results.

I just got back from the range. The new rifle really likes Benchmark. I shot two ladders with the Barnes 55 MPG bullet and the Hornady 53 V-max BT. The 55 grain MPG's shot a 0.51" group and the Hornady 53's shot a 0.69" group. The groups on either side of 21.0 grains of Benchmark with the 55 MPG's indicate a sweet spot of around 21.2 or .3 grains. Oh darn. I'll have to load up some more ammo and go back to the range to check it out. It will probably settle in right at 0.50", maybe a tad tighter.
