P10 S Suppressed?
« on: September 10, 2024, 06:23:20 PM »
So I guess guess I'll ask this here since my Google searches didn't turn up anything. But does anyone on this board have any experience with or know anyone who is run a suppressor with a P10s?  I've seen that there's companies making threaded barrels for the p10s, but I've never seen anyone hook a suppressor up to it. Just wondering if this is a bad idea or not...

I have not, but it seems contradictory to put a suppressor on what’s designed as a carry piece.

Am curious what others may come up with.
Like a midget at a urinal, I'll have to keep on my toes

I can't be the only one wanting to carry appendix with a suppressor :o

I was thinking of how useful it might be to have the ability to run a suppressor when I travel or go camping.  The S could transition roles from "carry" to "home defense".

Something like the P01 suppressor ready package that CZ use to offer...IDK

I emailed CZ the same question I am asking in this thread...I will provide an update if I receive one from them.

FYI for anyone who is interested, I did receive a response from CZ to my question...Now if they would only make a factory threaded barrel for the S we would be in business.

"I have to admit, this is the first time someone’s asked this question.
The P-10S should function perfectly fine suppressed. I’d be sure to closely follow the instructions included with the barrel that you buy, as well as the suppressor instructions. I’d also have a competent gunsmith take a look at that barrel swap to ensure that your pistol has proper headspace. Also, please keep in mind that the use of an aftermarket barrel will void your warranty should anything occur."
