Great Customer Service!

After months of trying to find a left side wide safety for a Shadow 2,  I found Eric Grauffel Online Shop in France. No idea if they could send one to US but he quickly replied that they could. Purchased and it was promptly mailed. But, landed in US Customs where the shipper kept saying that the pkg was being reviewed. Emailed Eric 3 or 4 times and he was getting the same info from the shipper. The shipper finally... after 2 + months, told us what I had to do and what info I had to give to Customs for them to check their records.  After another month, Customs finally said " nope we never received it". I kinda thru my hands up and again went back to Eric. He said, who knows and I don't see the shipper helping out, so I'll just send another safety... free of charge!!!
A great online shop to deal with!!! Eric Grauffel was fantastic to deal with, responding to emails the same day, no matter the 9 hour time difference. So, received 2nd safety (and picked up a Perman safety detent spring) in about 10 days, took the Shadow 2 down to CZ Custom in Mesa, they had it done in about 2 weeks, picked it up and .....finally, my Shadow 2 has a "safe" safety with a nice audible click.

Legally speaking, you’re “supposed” to have an import license from the ATF / US Customs to import ANY firearms parts or accessories, even if ordered on the interwebs. In the past, if the value of the parts was less than $100, they left you alone. Obviously, the application of this regulation is more stringent under the Xiden / Kumula regime.
