Do you think polishing the feed ramp would make much of a diff on the FTF issue? What JHP ammo is anybody shooting that feeds well?
Polishing the feed ramp never hurts, but on all the CZ's I've ever played with that seems to have been taken case of. Still, if you have the ability... it's certainly cheaper and faster than sending it back.
A steeper feed ramp means the center of the ogive becomes more important during feeding. Any sharp edges around the expansion hole that can catch on the ramp then become critical. And of course, due to the central expansion hole on any HP bullet, the ramp sees the oncoming bullet as having a flat meplat. As I've talked about in the
Stickies on the
Ammunition and Handloading sub-forum... The designers of the CZ pistols do not have access to any type of hollow point ammo for their testing, owing to the fact that it's illegal to own in Europe. And as we all know, common "Ball" ammo has no expansion hole and therefore the smoothest (most forgiving) ogive surface possible.
So one easy answer to your issue may be to simply try some
Speer GoldDot ammo, simply because the
GoldDot is a plated bullet, and has no sharp edges. The plating process itself makes sure every tiny bit of bullet surface is rounded off, as if someone had taken a buffing wheel to it.
(I can see now that it's time for me to take some photos.

Hope this helps.
