The 75B SA slide required mods, and hybrid parts, to work.  Shoots like a 75B with an alloy frame.
I found p-09, and p-07 barrels at Numrich for the 40B, and RAMI.
They required some mods, but the key is all the barrels are the same OD. Yes they are a little long...
I also made the grips.

The easiest way would probably be to fit s p09 barrel. It is a little long, but could be shortened or threaded. All the fitting is in the hood to slide area. Some welding and filing.
My barrel was mig welded, and those areas are softer than the barrel...some peening has occurred. I plan to redo that barrel, addressing the hardness in the modified areas.
A whole 75B slide can be fitted, but will require removing over half an inch from the recoil spring guide tunnel, and a hybrid guide rod. I also drilled a guide rod hole in the slide. Fun fact! CZ slides appear to be tool steel hard. Barrels too! No wonder they wear so well. Also, the barrels are parallel to the rails when unlocked.
