If it is accurate it seems like the dumbest reason ever to recall the rifles and what seems to be go silent on them.... I bought one in spite of this due to all the reviews of the Range model in .308win. My only wish is that 10rnd mags didn't seem to need to cross national boarders to get.... WTH CZ-USA *looks at Colt*.... Don't be stupid (if this is accurate)
