I've only bought/used them on the M&P pistols.

Zero issues with them.

That's true.

I bought one I haven't had to use yet.  My M&P 2.0 .40 PC pistol came with those plastic adapter plates.  Many people complain about them.  I used mine (no issues so far after more than year) but bought a DPP plate as a backup in case the plastic plate did cause problems.

Glad to see CZ finally starting to put out OR models, but I've already had my P07 .40 and P09 9MM slides milled for dot optics and back up iron sights years ago.

I have their rmr plate on my P10F with a 507 comp. Only had it for about 750 rounds but so far no complaints. Its also a tiny bit thinner than the CZ plate.
